This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Candidates must be situated in the vicinity between Philadelphia and Harrisburg.
• As the Broker Manager, you will oversee the success, engagement, and productivity of our independent agents.
• Collaborate closely with Operations and field sales management to ensure brokers have a clear understanding of Devoted's mission and growth plan.
• Implement the strategy developed by the team for the market's brokers.
• Analyze reports and devise a plan of action to boost production.
• Provide real-time feedback from field brokers.
• Conduct training sessions for brokers, both in the classroom and in the field.
• Encourage brokers to increase sales by effectively positioning our product and promoting our brand.
• Manage a designated territory and maintain contacts.
• Achieve market/region sales goals and objectives through various initiatives (sales events, training, etc.).
• Meet or surpass sales targets through the broker channel.
• Engage with brokers and agencies to foster relationships and promote our brand.
• Responsible for reporting daily activities to ensure alignment with the creation of incremental sales that meet market goals.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of compliance requirements and organizational policies and procedures.
• Effectively coordinate with the local sales team.
• A valid State Health Insurance License in good standing.
• An unrestricted driver's license to confirm your eligibility and ability to meet the driving responsibilities of the role.
• Strong presentation skills with the capability to present to both groups and individuals.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with active listening abilities.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proven relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively both internally and externally to support the achievement of market objectives.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to change.
• Proficiency in systems and technology, including data analytics.
• Knowledge of marketing strategy and value proposition.
• Adherence to CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines and procedures.
• Preferred knowledge of Medicare.
• Self-starter who is flexible, adaptable, highly organized, and proactive.
• Familiarity with the market and the broker environment within the area.
• Engaging personality traits that resonate with agents and inspire loyalty.
