This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Support the execution of the Bank’s Introducer strategy by delivering a high-quality, professional relationship management service to commercial finance brokers, prospective clients, and current customers.
• Responsible for the origination and management of commercial mortgage lending, ensuring consistently high service standards, fostering strong broker relationships, and maximizing value through disciplined execution, collaboration, and customer-focused outcomes.
• Develop and manage a portfolio/panel of commercial finance Introducers in the West Midlands region, overseeing the daily management of these relationships.
• Review, encourage, manage, and progress applications from Introducers from initial inquiry to completion.
• Own the customer service experience to guarantee excellent service for Introducers, prospective clients, and existing customers.
• Collaborate closely with all departments of the Bank to ensure a seamless and professional service is consistently provided.
• Advocate for the Bank's culture and values.
• Assist with lending applications in alignment with Allica’s Credit Policy and Credit Appetite.
• Ensure compliance with all mandatory policies.
• Contribute positively to Allica’s culture and champion our values of In It Together, Lead by Example, Need for Speed, Straight Bat, Own It.
• Adhere to all mandatory policies and operational procedures to maintain internal controls.
• Set and actively manage objectives and a personal development plan.
• Deliver on the territory Business Plan and achieve targeted lending volumes.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated career progression in business development within the commercial mortgage broker market and in commercial property lending.
• Solid understanding of the commercial finance Introducer market, commercial property lending, and banking products relevant to SME businesses.
• Ability to collaborate with Introducers and clients to structure new commercial mortgage lending proposals and draft credit applications.
• Proven history of delivering excellent customer service and generating lending income opportunities while effectively managing credit risk.
• Strong knowledge of SME banking and lending across various commercial asset classes.
• Comprehensive understanding and experience in analyzing business fundamentals, financial statements, and related information to grasp the underlying cash flows of a business in detail, recognizing any sensitivities and assessing financials against a wide range of key ratios.
• Demonstrated history of providing exemplary service and maximizing value for prospects and customers.
