Braze Migration Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and confirm the proposed strategy for migrating from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Braze, including the scope, effort estimates, and delivery plan.

• Create a comprehensive migration roadmap that addresses data, audience lists, campaign logic, workflows, configurations, integrations, and testing.

• Support the client's technical team throughout the entire migration process, offering expert guidance during implementation.

• Translate existing journeys, automations, segmentation logic, and messaging programs from Salesforce Marketing Cloud into Braze.

• Detect technical dependencies, migration risks, data problems, and gaps prior to impacting project delivery.

• Assess the migrated data, configurations, campaigns, and workflows to ensure they are accurate, complete, and ready for launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing and managing Braze for customer engagement or lifecycle marketing initiatives.

• Established track record of successfully migrating from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Braze.

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, segmentation, data structures, and campaign logic.

• Strong understanding of Braze architecture, data models, audience management, campaign orchestration, and integrations.

• Capability to independently lead a migration and guide both technical and client stakeholders through the process.

• Braze certifications are highly preferred and will be a significant factor in selection.

• Availability during US Central time business hours.
