Brand Voice and Community Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Timely response to comments on brand posts.

• Craft thoughtful, humorous, and strategic comments on viral or potentially viral videos.

• Share stories and content where the brand is tagged.

• Address non-affiliate-related direct messages.

• Cultivate relationships with frequent commenters and creators.

• Engage with comments by liking, pinning impactful ones, and keeping discussions lively on posts.

• Monitor audience sentiment and report recurring issues or feature requests.

• Spot viral opportunities and relay them to the social team.

• Assist in sourcing user-generated content by identifying standout customer creations.

• Participate in trending conversations organically while upholding the brand voice.

• Serve as the brand’s representative across various social engagement platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preference for community management experience over general social media management.

• Capability to adjust tone between TikTok and Instagram.

• Knowledge of brand voices like early Duolingo, Ryanair, and Scrub Daddy while developing a unique voice for The Frontal Queen.

• Proficient writer who communicates in a natural, engaging, and relatable manner online.

• Understanding of American culture, particularly Black American culture, and conversational subtleties.

• Extensive knowledge of internet culture, memes, Gen Z humor, trends, and online engagement.

• Experience with Instagram.

• Experience with TikTok.

• Familiarity with WhatsApp for internal communication.

• Availability during EST or PST business hours.

• CEFR English proficiency rating required in the application.

• Coconut VA profile/resume must adhere to the specified template.

• A one-minute introduction video, preferably created via Loom, is required.

• The video link must be functional; broken or dummy links will lead to disqualification.
