This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Take ownership and drive the sales of advertising and sponsored placements on the Eneba website, including banners, featured listings, homepage and category placements, as well as other on-site media inventory.
• Develop and oversee a pipeline of advertising clients, focusing on large brands, publishers, and agencies.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from start to finish: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and renewing advertising deals.
• Create compelling, data-driven media proposals and pricing that clearly demonstrate value and ROI to advertisers.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with key accounts and enhance recurring advertising revenue from existing partners.
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to package inventory, analyze campaign performance, and innovate new ad placements.
• Consistently achieve and surpass individual ad revenue targets as a senior individual contributor.
• Over 3 years of experience in media/advertising sales, partnerships, or B2B sales, with a proven history of selling products or services to large enterprise companies.
• Proven success in closing substantial deals with major brand or enterprise clients while meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, capable of independently structuring and finalizing advertising agreements.
• Comprehensive understanding of digital advertising and online media, including display, sponsored placements, performance metrics, CPM/CPC, etc.
• Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills, adept at crafting and presenting persuasive value propositions to senior stakeholders.
• A results-oriented, self-motivated mindset suitable for a senior individual contributor role.
• Experience in selling ad inventory or media on technology or gaming platforms.
