This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with prestigious global luxury brands and strategic collaborators.
• Propel new business development initiatives and broaden commercial partnership prospects.
• Manage and foster existing brand relationships while pinpointing opportunities for expansion and deeper collaboration.
• Assist in both long-term strategic alliances and execution-focused pilot collaborations.
• Guide partnership discussions from initial outreach through negotiation and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Product, Authentication, Operations, and Leadership, to ensure successful partnership execution.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities across luxury categories supported by the company, particularly focusing on luxury fashion and accessories.
• Represent the company in discussions with brands, industry stakeholders, and prospective partners.
• Maintain a robust understanding of market trends, luxury brand ecosystems, resale dynamics, and authentication challenges.
• Contribute to shaping partnership strategy and providing market insights to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor partnership pipeline, relationship progress, and commercial outcomes.
• Over 5 years of experience in Business Development, Brand Partnerships, Account Management, Commercial Partnerships, or similar roles.
• Experience with luxury brands, fashion companies, retail, resale, or related industries is preferred.
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder communication abilities.
• Capability to balance strategic partnership development with practical execution.
• Experience in managing commercial discussions, partnership negotiations, or pilot programs.
• Comfortable operating within a global, cross-functional, and fast-paced startup atmosphere.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple partnership conversations at once.
• Self-motivated mindset with a strong sense of ownership and proactive communication.
• Professional fluency in English is mandatory.
• Professional fluency in French is highly preferred.
