This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in fostering client relationships and offer strategic advice to enhance and implement planned marketing initiatives.
• Gather project requests and outline project specifications to brief both internal and external teams.
• Participate in internal meetings to prioritize client projects and assignments for creative, strategy, and media departments.
• Lead and facilitate discussions within the internal team concerning your client's projects and expectations.
• Oversee project management in Monday.com and create client-facing timelines to ensure transparency for all stakeholders.
• Aid in client communications to ensure their needs are fulfilled and inquiries are addressed.
• Conduct weekly and ongoing status meetings with clients regarding core and supplementary projects.
• Present content, strategies, and media summaries to clients with a professional business perspective to secure approval for future initiatives.
• Be prepared to assist with any emerging tasks or challenges.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or account management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in project management software and methodologies, such as Monday.com.
• Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and communication tools like Slack.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Bonus: Experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector is a plus.
