This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Develop and deliver materials that align with the brand across marketing, sales, and internal communications.
• Create and manage case studies, proposals, pitch decks, and other client-facing documents.
• Design visual elements for marketing projects, including social media, campaigns, events, and digital content.
• Assist in the creation of sales and growth materials that effectively convey Fluxon’s capabilities and work.
• Contribute to the evolution of the brand by designing new visual assets, templates, and exploring design concepts.
• Produce simple motion graphics, animations, or dynamic visuals to enhance storytelling or marketing materials.
• Implement and uphold brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, growth team members, and other stakeholders to ensure effective visual communication.
• Prepare and deliver files for digital use, publishing, or production needs.
• Stay informed on trends in branding, marketing design, and visual communication, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
• 4+ years of practical experience in brand, visual, or marketing design, or comparable experience demonstrated through a robust portfolio.
• Proven track record of working on real-world design projects across various formats (presentations, marketing materials, case studies, social media, motion, and digital).
• Strong foundational skills in graphic design, typography, layout, and visual composition.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar), with experience in animation and motion tools.
• Ability to thoughtfully and consistently apply and scale existing brand guidelines, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing design tasks from inception to completion while collaborating and iterating based on feedback.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach.
• Eager to grow as a versatile designer and contribute to the ongoing evolution of Fluxon’s brand and visual identity.
• Ability to adapt quickly to varying design needs as Fluxon expands, supporting brand, marketing, and business development efforts.
