This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Drive sales through direct-to-consumer initiatives during in-store events, animations, and masterclasses.
• Strategize, implement, and oversee impactful consumer activations that boost traffic, conversion, and additional sales.
• Achieve outstanding sales performance in relation to daily sales targets and overall territory goals.
• Engage consumers actively through product demonstrations, storytelling, sampling, and tailored recommendations.
• Recognize selling opportunities in-store and adjust strategies to optimize results during peak traffic times.
• Manage the complete execution of in-store events, including planning, scheduling, staffing, and on-site leadership.
• Recruit, train, and oversee a demonstrator team to guarantee consistent execution and sales standards.
• Ensure all events comply with brand guidelines and commercial priorities.
• Collaborate with store teams to secure optimal event placement, timing, and visibility.
• Provide engaging product knowledge and selling skills training to Beauty Advisors and store personnel.
• Inform teams about brand positioning, key product advantages, and competitive differentiators to ensure front-line associates can effectively communicate brand messages and selling points.
• Mentor store teams on storytelling, sampling methods, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Audit planogram adherence, tester accessibility, shelf health, and visual standards.
• Partner with store teams to enhance brand visibility during product launches, inserts, gift-with-purchase events, and other high-impact periods.
• Maintain high execution standards to support sell-through and brand presence.
• Manage an assigned territory with an organized and efficient store routing plan.
• Plan daily schedules to optimize productivity, coverage, and selling time.
• Travel regularly between stores and regions, requiring proficiency in driving and time management.
• Prioritize stores and activities based on sales performance, opportunities, and business requirements.
• Foster strong, trusted relationships with Store Managers and Beauty Advisors.
• Influence in-store priorities by maintaining brand visibility and demonstrating value.
• Secure incremental opportunities like additional space, table placement, or enhanced event support.
• Translate head office strategies into clear, motivating actions for store teams.
• Monitor weekly POS performance to pinpoint gaps, risks, and potential opportunities.
• Utilize sales insights to guide event planning, training focus, and territory prioritization.
• Deliver timely feedback to head office regarding consumer responses, competitive activities, and execution insights.
• Track event performance and sales results to foster continuous improvement.
• 2-3 years of experience in field sales, in-store selling, or brand activation within the beauty sector.
• Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of achieving results against targets.
• Excellent product knowledge in skincare; fragrance experience is a substantial asset.
• Confident and engaging communicator with exceptional storytelling and presentation abilities.
• Experience in training, coaching, or leading demonstrator or retail teams.
• Highly organized with solid territory planning and time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role, involving frequent travel and driving.
• High energy, proactive, and passionate about selling, education, and brand experience.
• Ability to cultivate strong relationships and influence outcomes in a retail setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, and Word) for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
