• Influence the perception of Gearset by creating engaging narratives that connect with our target audience.
• Cultivate and expand our vibrant online communities, engaging with Salesforce professionals and building meaningful relationships.
• Spearhead our public relations initiatives, obtaining media coverage and thought leadership opportunities that highlight Gearset's expertise.
• Empower our employees to serve as brand advocates, enhancing our message and expanding our reach through their networks.
• Play a crucial role in formulating and implementing our brand, community, and communication strategies, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
• Establish strong connections with key influencers, industry organizations, and online communities, positioning Gearset as the foremost voice in Salesforce DevOps. Your contributions will enhance brand recognition and industry authority.
• Oversee and develop our DevOps Leaders Program and Customer Slack community, transforming them into essential hubs for knowledge sharing and advocacy. Your leadership will strengthen customer engagement and brand loyalty.
• Direct PR and communications to create newsworthy content, secure coverage, and seize thought leadership opportunities. Your efforts will influence industry perception and provide Gearset with a competitive advantage.
• Manage our employee advocacy program that encourages our team to act as brand ambassadors on social media. Your strategies will broaden our reach and amplify Gearset’s impact.
• Propel PR and community strategies that align with business objectives and yield measurable outcomes. Your contributions will reinforce Gearset’s brand and establish new benchmarks in DevOps.
• Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on PR, community management, or brand communications, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• A history of executing impactful PR campaigns.
• Experience in managing community engagement initiatives or extensive client-facing roles.
• Outstanding storytelling ability, capable of crafting engaging narratives for both technical and executive audiences.
• Excellent relationship-building skills, adept at engaging with media, industry influencers, and community partners.
• A data-driven approach, with experience in tracking and optimizing metrics related to brand awareness, engagement, and reputation.
• This is a full-time role, working remotely Monday to Friday within the UK.
• This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
