This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Influence the global perception of Gearset by creating engaging narratives that resonate with our target audience.
• Cultivate and expand our vibrant online communities, engaging with Salesforce professionals and fostering meaningful connections.
• Spearhead our public relations initiatives, securing media exposure and thought leadership opportunities that highlight Gearset's expertise.
• Empower our employees to act as brand ambassadors, enhancing our message and extending our reach across their networks.
• Play a crucial role in the development and implementation of our brand, community, and communication strategies, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
• Establish strong relationships with key influencers, industry groups, and online communities, positioning Gearset as a foremost authority in Salesforce DevOps. Your contributions will enhance brand recognition and industry impact.
• Manage and expand our DevOps Leaders Program and Customer Slack community, transforming them into essential hubs for knowledge and advocacy. Your leadership will strengthen customer involvement and brand loyalty.
• Direct PR and communications efforts to generate newsworthy content, secure media coverage, and own thought leadership opportunities. Your contributions will shape industry perception and provide Gearset with a competitive advantage.
• Oversee our employee advocacy program that transforms our team into brand ambassadors on social media. Your strategies will broaden our reach and amplify Gearset's influence.
• Drive PR and community strategies that align with business objectives and yield measurable results. Your efforts will solidify Gearset's brand and establish new benchmarks in DevOps.
• Proven experience in marketing, emphasizing PR, community management, or brand communications, preferably in the B2B SaaS sector.
• A history of executing impactful PR campaigns.
• Experience in community engagement initiatives or extensive client-facing roles.
• Outstanding storytelling abilities, capable of crafting compelling narratives for both technical and executive audiences.
• Strong skills in relationship-building, adept at engaging with media, industry influencers, and community partners.
• A data-oriented mindset, with experience in monitoring and optimizing brand awareness, engagement, and reputation metrics.
• This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday remotely within the UK.
• This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
