📋 Description

• The Brand and Content Manager will be responsible for designing and executing Tahaluf’s content strategy across various digital touchpoints and throughout the digital customer journey.

• This pivotal role within the team aims to enhance Tahaluf's online visibility and boost customer engagement as part of our broader outreach strategy.

• Develop a comprehensive marketing communications plan that includes strategy, goals, budget, and tactics.

• Generate engaging digital content with a solid understanding of how to effectively target key audience segments.

• Familiarity with analyzing user data to make informed decisions that lead to continuous improvement across our owned marketing channels (email, website, and social media).

• Create and produce both written and visual content to engage and convert relevant audiences.

• Possess strong copywriting skills with the capability to design effective marketing materials (email marketing, website landing page content, and social media posts).

• Collaborate with our Digital Centre of Excellence and the wider marketing team to create content for successful marketing campaigns for B2B events, exhibitions, and digital products in alignment with established KPIs.

• Approach planning and execution of digital campaigns strategically, while analyzing engagement data and identifying trends in customer interactions.

• Work collaboratively with the team, contributing to specific KPI targets, including total leads generated and total conversions.

• Collaborate with the broader marketing team and work closely with external agencies and partners.

• Create or refresh Tahaluf’s online presence for new products and services.

• Identify opportunities along the digital customer journey designed to enhance customer experience, resulting in new leads and improved sales.

• Provide content for timely and relevant communications through a designated mix of channels, collaborating with the Marketing Managers to optimize these communications' effectiveness.

• Evaluate and recommend new digital technologies that could enhance digital channel management efficiencies.

• Have a thorough understanding and experience in digital (PPC, SEO, online advertising) and direct marketing.

• Possess the ability to provide strategic advice and influence content creation.

• Have a deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and the role each digital channel plays.

• Exhibit business acumen with an understanding of budget management and forecasting when executing digital marketing campaigns.

• Develop social media strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of relevant digital marketing experience in a comparable role.

• Experience in a similar capacity (B2B experience is essential) and confidence in leading brand content campaigns (both paid and organic) across various digital channels.

• Results-oriented with the ability to create and deliver against business plans driven by growth targets.

• Comfortable working independently alongside partners or third-party agencies.

• Highly creative with exceptional copywriting and visual marketing abilities.

• Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal.

• Understanding of how to work collaboratively with a client-side team while maintaining top-tier agency service.

• Experience in events marketing.

• Background in multiple industry sectors, with a focus on B2B experience.

• Passionate about digital marketing with a strong grasp of connecting with audiences through each digital channel.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly and understandably.

• Experience managing social media through scheduling platforms like Sprout Social or Hootsuite.

• Familiarity with social media listening and sentiment analysis.

• Maintain clear communication, expectations, and timelines with internal teammates and external partners regarding deliverables.

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and analytical, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Embrace a culture of testing and learning, as well as metrics-driven decision-making.

• Proficient in MS Office, including intermediate to advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

• Set measurable goals for digital campaigns, track performance, and demonstrate ROI.

• Oversee, plan, and deliver content across various platforms using scheduling tools.

• Analyze competitor activity and demonstrate a curiosity to learn about best practices.
