This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Implement merchandising standards, displays, point-of-sale materials, and product placement in designated accounts.

• Foster relationships with retailers, distributors, and account teams to achieve sales objectives.

• Conduct store audits, surveys, and reporting to pinpoint growth opportunities.

• Enhance brand visibility within key accounts.

• Provide education to retail partners regarding New Belgium brands and programs.

• Ensure adherence to all company policies and alcohol regulations.

• Assist with selected sampling and promotional events.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least six (6) months of experience in a customer service-related role.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Capability to transport oneself to event locations.

• Outstanding customer service skills and capabilities.

• General understanding of brewing and the beer industry.

• Familiarity with local laws and guidelines concerning identification and alcohol service.

• Ability to complete TIPS training during orientation.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to address large groups effectively.

• Proficiency in managing challenging situations and resolving issues appropriately and effectively.

• Capacity to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs.

• Frequent and consistent standing and walking required.

• Availability to work 15-20 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.

• Willingness to travel 75% of the time.
