Brand Ambassador

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Assist in promoting the sales of Artisanal Brewing Ventures’ brands.

• Professionally, positively, enthusiastically, and knowledgeably represent the company and its brand at events, festivals, and tastings.

• Engage with customers, providing them with information about the beers and the company.

• Set up, dismantle, and clean pouring stations at event locations.

• Transport and maintain table displays, equipment, and materials.

• Pour beers and hand out promotional materials.

• Discuss the characteristics of beers with customers.

• Uphold a professional image and demeanor.

• Provide support to sales staff as needed.

• Participate in brewery training events to stay informed about current offerings.

• Carry out other business-related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• High School diploma required; college degree preferred.

• A passion for craft beer and appreciation for its culture.

• Strong communication skills, especially in public speaking.

• Outgoing, energetic, and confident personality.

• Availability to work nights and weekends with a flexible schedule upon notice.

• Certification as a Cicerone or Certified Beer Server is a plus.

• Regular visits to bars, restaurants, stores, and festivals, some of which may be outdoors.

• A valid state driver’s license is necessary and must be maintained throughout employment.

• Must adhere to responsible alcohol consumption and legal conduct standards.

• Capable and willing to lift a minimum of 31.5 lbs. from ground level to a shelf 50 inches high.

• Able to move 165 lbs. of kegged beer by sliding it across the floor.

• Required to successfully complete a post-offer, pre-employment background and driver’s license check.

• Must comply with all safety policies and procedures at the worksite.
