This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Assist in the sales initiatives for Artisanal Brewing Ventures’ brands.

• Act as a representative for the company at various events, festivals, and tastings.

• Interact with customers during events to provide insights about the beers and the company.

• Set up, dismantle, and tidy pouring stations at event locations.

• Transport and care for table displays, equipment, and materials.

• Pour beers, hand out promotional materials, and discuss beer attributes.

• Uphold a professional image and demeanor at all times.

• Provide support to the Sales team as necessary.

• Participate in brewery training events to stay informed about current offerings.

• Execute other business-related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• High School diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.

• Passion for the craft beer industry and an appreciation for its culture.

• Outstanding communication skills, especially in public speaking.

• Possess an outgoing, energetic, and confident personality.

• Availability to work evenings and weekends, along with a flexible schedule given advance notice.

• Certification as a Cicerone or Certified Beer Server is a plus.

• Regularly visit bars, restaurants, stores, and festivals, some of which may be outdoors.

• A valid state driver’s license is required and must be kept current throughout employment with Artisanal Brewing Ventures.

• Candidate must be capable and willing to lift at least 31.5 lbs. from ground level to a shelf 50 inches high.

• Candidate should also be able to slide 165 lbs. of kegged beer from one location to another.

• The selected candidate will need to pass a post-offer, pre-employment background and driver's license check.

• Compliance with safety policies and procedures at the worksite is mandatory.
