This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Act as the main point of contact, effectively conveying AbbVie’s brand promise to healthcare providers.
• Assess customers’ needs and devise customized solutions.
• Establish and sustain robust, long-lasting relationships with experts and key opinion leaders.
• Employ innovative engagement techniques to generate new business opportunities.
• Set SMART objectives and formulate effective sales account strategies.
• Evaluate sales reports and market data to pinpoint and execute strategic initiatives.
• Encourage collaboration between field and office teams.
• Remain updated on market trends, customer requirements, and competitive insights.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in natural sciences, nursing, or a business-related field.
• Background in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical sector, preferably in field-based roles.
• Strong negotiation abilities, proactive approach, and a collaborative mindset.
• Adaptability, analytical skills, and the capability to work autonomously.
• Proficient in both German and English languages.
• Good command of MS Office and a willingness to engage with new digital technologies.
• Comprehensive understanding of products, therapies, and competitors.
• Flexible work arrangements.
