Branch Manager - Florida

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct Loan Officers and operational personnel at the branch

• Actively seek out and onboard new Loan Officers

• Ensure all new team members receive comprehensive training

• Act as a primary resource for addressing customer service issues

• Evaluate pipeline volume and project forecasting trends

• Assess branch performance in relation to revenue objectives

• Remain updated on all pertinent mortgage regulations

• Create and implement local marketing initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Valid NMLS licensure in one or more states

• Over 5 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO)

• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity within mortgage sales

• Preferred experience in sales forecasting, pipeline planning, and recruitment

• Required proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite; experience with Encompass LOS is strongly preferred

• Demonstrated ability to lead, support, and inspire a team in a hybrid work setting

• Comprehensive understanding of mortgage loan products, industry regulations, and underwriting criteria
