BPO RFP Writer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify and nurture new business prospects through phone outreach, marketing initiatives, and industry networking.

• Conduct research on markets and clients to discover sales channels and partnership possibilities.

• Lead the Request for Proposal (RFP) process by drafting, customizing, and enhancing proposals using both new and existing content.

• Maintain and refresh proposal templates, presentation materials, and client communication documents.

• Present proposals and strategic plans to senior leadership and C-level executives.

• Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and sales tracking tools for precise pipeline and performance reporting.

• Oversee directory listings, sponsorships, and various brand visibility initiatives to aid lead generation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of leadership experience in sales, proposal writing, or business development.

• Ability to convert strategic vision into actionable plans with measurable results.

• Experience in complex deal structuring, financial modeling, and contract negotiations.

• Familiarity with BPO and contact center operations, including inbound, outbound, chat, and email channels.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.

• Capability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Proven thought leadership and the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.

• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is based.

• Must be prepared to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprinting.

• Must be willing to participate in drug screening.
