This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee daily financial operations, including invoicing, payroll, compliance, and forecasting.
• Conduct comprehensive management of Xero (proficiency rating of 10/10 is essential).
• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Ensure precise cash flow forecasts and reconcile them with bank statements.
• Prepare and update Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and variance reports.
• Generate and dispatch invoices, process bills, and manage asset acquisitions.
• Review supplier statements, submit remittances, and execute intercompany loan reconciliations.
• Follow up on overdue payments and issue monthly client statements.
• Collaborate closely with the external accountant and business managers.
• Provide real-time and accurate financial insights to the organization.
• Monitor and process timesheets and leave requests.
• Execute payroll processing in Xero, distribute payslips, and address staff inquiries.
• File payroll with the ATO and make superannuation, Incolink, and LeavePlus payments.
• Onboard new employees and update award rates and site allowances.
• Complete annual reconciliations for Workcover and SRO.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in bookkeeping, financial management, or accounting positions.
• Demonstrated experience with Xero (advanced proficiency is necessary).
• Strong understanding of accounts payable/receivable, cash flow management, and bank reconciliation processes.
• Proficient in preparing Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and variance analysis reports.
• Expertise in payroll processing, superannuation lodgment, and compliance with ATO and Workcover regulations.
• Capability to manage invoicing, bills, asset purchases, and intercompany loan reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting, data analysis, and forecasting.
