This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Serve as the main contact for a range of letting agents, developers, and landlords.
• Establish and nurture robust professional relationships to ensure the company is the preferred service provider.
• Spot opportunities to upsell additional services such as carpet cleaning, oven valeting, and specialized construction cleaning.
• Conduct regular client check-ins and account assessments to uphold satisfaction and identify forthcoming projects.
• Keep precise client records and communication logs within the CRM system.
• Handle incoming inquiries through shared inboxes and booking platforms with professionalism and promptness.
• Create customized quotations for both prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up on quotations with a consultative approach to optimize conversion rates.
• Oversee scheduling and job details using the ServiceM8 job management system.
• Ensure all booking information is accurate and well-coordinated with operational teams.
• Develop and sustain professional relationships through LinkedIn interactions.
• Share company milestones and industry insights to preserve visibility with clients.
• Conduct targeted outreach to potential high-value property agents and developers.
• Generate invoices for projects completed within your portfolio.
• Assist in tracking departmental performance and project profitability.
• Collaborate with team leaders to ensure that crews have accurate job information and necessary resources.
• Address scheduling or operational challenges to maintain service delivery standards.
• Prior experience in sales, account management, bookings coordination, or client services.
• Strong skills in relationship-building and communication.
• Capability to identify upselling opportunities and engage in consultative sales discussions.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple bookings and client demands concurrently.
• Experience with CRM systems or job management platforms (experience with ServiceM8 is a plus).
• Professional confidence in communicating with property professionals and business clients.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage scheduling changes with composure.
• Dependable laptop/computer and a stable high-speed internet connection.
