Bond Sales Trainee I

📋 Description

• Comprehensive in-house training within the Capital Markets Division (CMD)

• Rotational assignments across different areas of the division may vary from 1 day to 6 months or longer

• Training schedules along with progress discussions will occur throughout the training period

• Acquire in-depth knowledge regarding the capital markets and fixed income sectors

• Attain a complete understanding of the products and services provided by the CMD

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or its Equivalent

• Six months of Customer Service experience or a similar role

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business, or Finance (PREFERRED)

• Completion of Series 7 and 63 licenses prior to account assignments

• A strong ambition to become a commissioned sales representative

• Thorough understanding of a community bank's balance sheet and the asset-liability management process

• Comprehensive knowledge of CMD policies, procedures, and systems

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Proficient computer skills
