Bodily Injury Adjuster – Complex/Severe Represented Litigation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Conducting investigations into automobile accidents involving one or more vehicles that result in property damage and/or personal injuries, with involvement from attorneys or litigation.

• Evaluating coverage, liability, and damages while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Communicating with customers and attorneys through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and text messages.

• Participating in negotiation processes to achieve equitable injury settlements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in handling Bodily Injury Claims is preferred.

• Experience with Complex or Severe Bodily Injury Claims is preferred.

• Previous experience handling claims in Texas is preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of Gross Tort Value and Risk Analysis is an advantage.

• Familiarity with NextGen, Mitchell Decision Point, and Casualty Center is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone, to build rapport and accurately assess claims.

• Capability to work independently and remotely while managing time effectively.

• Understanding of insurance policies, coverage, and liability assessment.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to assess and negotiate injury claims successfully.

• Knowledge of innovative tools and platforms for efficient claims evaluation.
