Blockchain Security Engineer, AI Application Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Uptime Guardian: Assume the primary role in maintaining the stability and availability of our production applications and blockchain infrastructure.

• Environment Oversight: Manage pre-production and staging environments to guarantee smooth delivery.

• Incident and Problem Oversight: Spearhead the triage of application alerts, perform in-depth root cause analysis (RCA), and oversee post-resolution follow-ups to ensure issues do not reoccur.

• Disaster Recovery Coordination: Organize DR testing, audits, and the ongoing enhancement of monitoring tools and processes.

• Support Transformation Initiatives: Utilize hands-on AI expertise to develop tools and agents that automate repetitive support tasks, triage, and reporting.

• Stay Proactive: Continuously update knowledge on supported blockchains and DApps, demonstrating the ability to technically analyze new blockchains or DApps as needed to assess their supportability impacts on our product.

⛳️ Requirements

• A "Support Nature" mentality with a natural inclination to investigate the underlying causes of issues and a perfectionist attitude towards system stability.

• Previous experience in application support roles.

• Practical experience in utilizing AI/LLMs for workflow automation or infrastructure monitoring.

• Excellent communication skills to connect end-users with the engineering team, including the ability to translate complex application/blockchain/DApps issues into clear, empathetic updates for users, while also providing root-cause data to engineers to facilitate quick resolutions.

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Rust, Python, Node.js, or Golang.

• Nice to Have: In-depth knowledge of Blockchain/Web3, with practical experience in writing and deploying DApps in Solana or EVM, along with hands-on experience in staking across various blockchains.
