Blockchain Security AI Application Support Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Uptime Guardian: Take on the primary role of ensuring the stability and availability of our production applications and blockchain infrastructure.

• Environment Oversight: Manage pre-production and staging environments to guarantee smooth delivery.

• Incident & Problem Oversight: Direct the triage of application alerts, perform in-depth root cause analysis (RCA), and oversee post-resolution follow-ups to prevent issue recurrence.

• Disaster Recovery Coordination: Organize DR testing, audits, and the ongoing enhancement of monitoring tools and processes.

• Transformation Support: Leverage hands-on AI expertise to create tools and agents that automate repetitive support tasks, triaging, and reporting.

• Stay Informed: Keep updated on supported blockchains and DApps, showcasing the ability to technically deconstruct new blockchains or DApps as necessary to assess their supportability impact on our product.

⛳️ Requirements

• "Support Nature" mentality coupled with a strong drive to investigate the root causes of issues and a perfectionist approach to system stability.

• Previous experience in application support roles.

• Practical experience leveraging AI/LLMs to automate workflows or monitor infrastructure.

• In-depth knowledge of Blockchain/Web3 with hands-on experience in writing and deploying DApps on Solana or EVM, as well as practical experience with staking across various blockchains.

• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between end-users and the engineering team, with the capacity to translate complex application/blockchain/DApps issues into clear, empathetic updates for users while providing root-cause information to engineers for expedited fixes.

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Rust, Python, Node.js, or Golang.
