Blockchain Security AI Application Support Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Uptime Champion: Assume primary responsibility for maintaining the stability and accessibility of our production applications and blockchain infrastructure.

• Environment Oversight: Manage pre-production and staging environments to guarantee smooth delivery.

• Incident & Problem Resolution: Direct the triage of application alerts, perform in-depth root cause analysis (RCA), and oversee post-resolution follow-ups to prevent issue recurrence.

• Disaster Recovery Coordination: Facilitate disaster recovery testing, audits, and the ongoing enhancement of monitoring tools and processes.

• Transformation Support: Utilize practical AI expertise to develop tools and agents that automate repetitive support tasks, triage, and reporting.

• Stay Informed: Remain updated on supported blockchains and DApps while showcasing the ability to technically analyze new blockchains or DApps as needed to assess their impact on our product's supportability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A "Support Nature" mindset with an intrinsic motivation to investigate the underlying causes of issues and a perfectionist attitude towards system stability.

• Previous experience in application support roles.

• Practical experience with AI/LLMs for automating workflows or monitoring infrastructure.

• Excellent communication skills to connect end-users with the engineering team, including the ability to simplify complex application/blockchain/DApps issues into clear, empathetic updates for users, while also relaying root-cause information to engineers to accelerate fixes.

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Rust, Python, Node.js, or Golang.

• Nice to Have:

• Technical depth in Blockchain/Web3, with hands-on experience in writing/deploying DApps on Solana or EVM, along with practical experience in staking across different blockchains.
