Blockchain Expansion Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Manage and enhance strategic partnerships with blockchain foundations and ecosystem collaborators.

• Serve as the main point of contact for designated blockchain partners, ensuring alignment between partner goals and Tether’s strategic objectives.

• Develop and implement growth initiatives with blockchain partners to promote the adoption of Tether assets through tangible use cases.

• Create scalable and sustainable projects that enhance asset usage and circulation.

• Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives involving regional expansion, economics, marketing, and other internal teams.

• Monitor, manage, and report on project progress, outcomes, and overall effectiveness.

• Identify opportunities to enhance execution efficiency, project structure, and partner outcomes.

• Work independently to discover and pursue new opportunities.

• Provide leadership with updates, insights, and recommendations based on partner and project performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in partnership or ecosystem management, preferably within the crypto, fintech, or technology sectors.

• Proven ability to manage high-impact strategic growth projects from inception to execution.

• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to track, manage, and optimize multiple initiatives concurrently.

• Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to translate concepts into actionable projects.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with teams in expansion, economics, marketing, or product development.

• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote, global setting.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Prior experience with blockchain foundations or Layer 1 / Layer 2 ecosystems is preferred.

• Familiarity with stablecoins, blockchain infrastructure, or practical blockchain use cases is a plus.

• Experience in rapidly growing or unstructured environments is preferred.
