Blockchain Expansion Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance strategic relationships with blockchain foundations and ecosystem collaborators.

• Serve as the main point of contact for designated blockchain partners.

• Align partner goals with Tether’s strategic objectives.

• Design and implement impactful growth initiatives that promote the adoption of Tether assets via real-world applications.

• Create scalable and sustainable projects that broaden asset utilization and circulation.

• Coordinate cross-functional efforts involving regional expansion, economics, marketing, and various internal teams.

• Monitor, manage, and report on the progress, outcomes, and effectiveness of projects.

• Identify opportunities to enhance execution efficiency, project structure, and partner results.

• Work independently and advance new opportunities proactively.

• Provide leadership with updates, insights, and recommendations based on partner and project performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in partnership or ecosystem management, preferably in crypto, fintech, or technology.

• Strong history of managing high-impact strategic growth projects from inception to completion.

• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to track, manage, and optimize multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Strong strategic thinking abilities and the capacity to turn ideas into actionable projects.

• Experience collaborating across functions with expansion, economics, marketing, or product teams.

• Ability to work independently and function effectively in a remote, global setting.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Preferred: experience with blockchain foundations or Layer 1 / Layer 2 ecosystems.

• Preferred: knowledge of stablecoins, blockchain infrastructure, or practical blockchain applications.

• Preferred: experience in rapidly growing or unstructured environments.
