Blockchain Expansion Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance strategic relationships with blockchain foundations and ecosystem partners.

• Act as the main point of contact for designated blockchain partners.

• Align the goals of partners with Tether’s strategic initiatives.

• Develop and implement high-impact growth projects alongside blockchain partners.

• Promote the adoption of Tether assets through practical use cases.

• Create scalable and sustainable projects that increase asset utilization and circulation.

• Facilitate cross-functional initiatives that involve regional growth, economics, marketing, and other internal teams.

• Monitor, manage, and report on project progress, results, and efficiency.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance execution efficiency, project framework, and partner results.

• Discover new opportunities and drive them forward independently.

• Provide leadership with updates, insights, and recommendations based on partner and project performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in partnership or ecosystem management, preferably in crypto, fintech, or technology sectors.

• Strong history of managing high-impact strategic growth projects from inception to completion.

• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Capability to track, manage, and optimize multiple initiatives at once.

• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to convert ideas into actionable projects.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with expansion, economics, marketing, or product teams.

• Ability to work independently and function effectively in a remote, global setting.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Preferred: experience with blockchain foundations or Layer 1 / Layer 2 ecosystems.

• Preferred: understanding of stablecoins, blockchain infrastructure, or practical blockchain applications.

• Preferred: experience in fast-paced or unstructured environments.
