This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop decentralized applications (dApps) from start to finish, including secure and gas-efficient smart contracts, backend systems, and user interfaces.
• Engage in fundamental blockchain development spanning consensus, execution, and networking layers.
• Collaborate on design, user experience (UX), incentive structures, and product-related decisions.
• Utilize AI tools on a daily basis to expedite development and expand problem-solving methodologies.
• Create and sustain indexing infrastructure, APIs, and real-time data pipelines.
• Explore new standards, blockchain networks, cross-chain implementations, and tokenomics strategies.
• Represent the team at hackathons and industry conferences.
• Share your contributions with the Web3 community.
• 1–4 years of experience in blockchain/Web3 development.
• At least one significant on-chain deployment, whether professional, personal project, or from a hackathon.
• Strong knowledge of Solidity and TypeScript.
• Capability to deliver complete products rather than isolated code snippets.
• Comfort with working at the systems level.
• Experience with Rust and C++ is highly advantageous.
• Regular use of modern coding assistants such as Claude, Cursor, Copilot, or Windsurf.
• Demonstrated product insight with an emphasis on usability and user experience.
• Excellent English communication skills for asynchronous collaboration.
• Essential familiarity with low-level systems programming, memory safety, and performance optimization.
• Prior experience with a blue-chip protocol or a well-known project is greatly valued.
• Experience in hackathons or contributions to open source projects is a strong plus.
• Technical proficiency in Rust, C++, CUDA, Python, Shell, Solidity, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, viem, wagmi, Privy, Dynamic, Across SDK, The Graph, Ponder, REST, GraphQL, cross-chain bridges, and RPCs.
• Additional familiarity with Anchor, Move, MEV, or ZK proofs is a bonus.
