This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

• Conduct research and develop blockchain protocols, modules, technologies, and algorithms.

• Create comprehensive design documents and testing strategies aligned with project requirements.

• Encourage the sharing of technical expertise within the team.

• Assist the community through effective communication and thorough documentation.

• Investigate and implement open-source blockchain projects on platforms such as Ethereum, Cosmos, OP, or ZK Rollup.

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 1–5 years of professional experience in blockchain, distributed systems, or related fields.

• Experience in the design and development of blockchain or distributed systems.

• A solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.

• Capability to rapidly conduct proof-of-concept (POC) development and validation.

• Proficient in Go and Rust programming languages.

• Expertise in smart contract development using Solidity.

• Extensive knowledge and experience in cryptography and blockchain technology.

• Familiarity with leading blockchain platforms and their core algorithms.

• Experience with open-source blockchain projects is preferred.

• Ability to quickly comprehend English papers and materials.

• Strong research skills and self-motivation.

• Fluent in both English and Chinese.

• A proven track record in R&D and execution on Ethereum, Cosmos, OP, or ZK Rollup is advantageous.
