Bioprocessing Business Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic and technical guidance for the Bioprocessing division, managing R&D, Product, and Project Management.

• Develop and implement the global strategy for the Bioprocessing unit.

• Supervise product development and overall business operations alongside cross-functional teams.

• Oversee financial performance for the business unit in alignment with current and future financial objectives.

• Create and maintain the global product and portfolio roadmap, guided by market insights and competitive analysis.

• Collaborate with Commercial Leadership to define pricing strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.

• 8-10+ years of experience in bioprocessing and biomanufacturing, with a focus on mammalian expression systems (e.g., CHO, HEK) and cell & gene therapy.

• 5+ years of experience in product management, R&D, sales, marketing, or life-science roles.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in people management, leading multidisciplinary teams.
