This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Drive sales opportunities directly with customers to achieve or surpass sales and profitability goals.
• Collaborate closely with the District Sales Manager to develop and implement a Territory Sales Plan.
• Utilize a market-leading CRM to enhance Opportunity Pipeline development.
• Lead sales negotiations with both technical and procurement departments.
• Build and sustain strategic relationships with key accounts and identify new target accounts across the territory in partnership with the broader commercial team (BSS and FAS).
• Assist customers throughout their progression in the clinical pipeline from lab-scale to full process scale solutions.
• Conduct all aspects of field sales activities, including customer visits, technical presentations, quote preparation, and negotiation.
• A minimum of a BSc degree or equivalent in a scientific discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical or life science sectors.
• A strong emphasis on understanding Cell Culture, Chromatography, and Filtration is essential.
• Proven track record of successful sales and experience in key account management.
• Ability to establish mutually beneficial, personable, and trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
