This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Oversee designated customer and distributor accounts to enhance sales growth, customer satisfaction, and market visibility.
• Implement account plans and sales strategies in line with Cytiva’s commercial objectives and established goals.
• Partner with sales specialists and technical teams to facilitate solution-oriented selling and design-in initiatives.
• Recognize, monitor, and advance opportunities, including forecasting, quotations, and CRM updates.
• Adhere to Cytiva policies while providing market insights and aiding digital sales processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Several years of experience in Account Management or Sales, ideally within the Biotechnology or Life Sciences sector.
• Experience in managing customer and/or distributor relationships in a commercial capacity.
• Familiarity with working in cross-functional or matrix environments.
• Proficiency in English and the local language.
