Biology Expert – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality STEM training datasets for cutting-edge AI models utilized by top AI laboratories.

• Design complex biology challenges that test advanced AI systems.

• Create deterministic tasks that have a single, verifiable correct solution.

• Submit comprehensive, verified answers.

• Construct problems that involve experimental reasoning, biological systems, computational analysis, or bioinformatics workflows.

• Utilize Python and relevant specialized biology or bioinformatics tools.

• Ensure rigor, reproducibility, and technical precision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Biology or a related life sciences discipline.

• Research or industry experience in computational or quantitative biological analysis.

• Proficient in Python programming.

• Preferred experience in data analysis or bioinformatics workflows.

• Strong analytical skills and comfort with multi-step scientific problem-solving.

• Ability to devise original, challenging problems based on real-world biological practices.

• Excellent written English and meticulous attention to detail.

• Preferred experience with bioinformatics toolkits, genomics workflows, structural biology tools, or computational biology techniques.

• Experience in designing technical assessments or scientific challenge problems is a plus.

• Cross-disciplinary experience that integrates biology and computation is an advantage.
