📋 Description

• Design and evaluate complex biology and biophysics problems intended for training and assessing advanced AI systems.

• Develop research-level tasks that necessitate profound scientific reasoning and domain knowledge.

• Evaluate model-generated responses across various topics, including:

• - Molecular mechanisms

• - Experimental design

• - Structural and functional biology

• - Interpretation of scientific literature

• - Analysis of biological data

• - Generation and evaluation of hypotheses

• Offer comprehensive feedback to enhance model efficacy and scientific precision.

• Identify reasoning flaws, misconceptions, and limitations that would be easily recognized by seasoned researchers.

• Collaborate with researchers, AI experts, and fellow domain specialists to uphold high levels of scientific rigor.

• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of evaluation methodologies and training frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A PhD (either completed or nearing completion) in Biology, Biophysics, Neuroscience, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Structural Biology, Genomics, Bioengineering, or a closely related field.

• Proven research excellence demonstrated through publications, scientific contributions, patents, grants, or equivalent achievements.

• Extensive knowledge in one or more domains of life sciences.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in scientific reasoning.

• Exceptional written communication and technical documentation skills.

• Capability to critically assess scientific arguments, experimental designs, and research outcomes.

• First-author or co-first-author publications in reputable scientific journals.

• Doctoral or postdoctoral training from prestigious global research institutions.

• Recognition through competitive research fellowships, grants, awards, or other indicators of scientific accomplishment.

• Experience with patents, technology commercialization, startup involvement, or leadership in funded research.

• Current or recent positions as:
