This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Meet sales targets by utilizing a consultative, value-driven sales methodology.

• Dedicate around 75% of time in the field, actively engaging with clients.

• Formulate and execute strategic territory plans to enhance market share and optimize customer success.

• Oversee and expand existing accounts while seeking new opportunities within the biopharma and pharmaceutical industries.

• Conduct product demonstrations and deliver technical presentations to scientists and key decision-makers.

• Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and exceptional customer experience.

• Maintain precise and current opportunity pipelines and forecasts utilizing Salesforce.com.

• Represent Bio-Techne’s values and solutions at trade shows, vendor exhibitions, and customer locations.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a scientific discipline or related field is essential, enabling you to easily grasp the product’s applications.

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical sales roles within the life science tools research market (biotech, biopharma, pharma, academia) is required.

• Previous experience in selling high-value capital equipment is necessary.

• Proficiency with MS Office, PowerPoint, and Salesforce is mandatory.

• A comprehensive understanding of relevant scientific techniques, applications, and research areas of interest is required (e.g., Capillary Electrophoresis, Micro-Flow Imaging, High-Value Capital Equipment).
