Billing Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Oversees all Billing personnel in executing tasks essential for the prompt daily processing of current billing and secondary charges.

• Accountable for ensuring that all charges across all locations are accurately recorded and processed in a timely fashion, including the correction and billing of all system edits.

• Regularly reviews outstanding charges and communicates with the relevant facility and/or staff members to facilitate the completion of the billing process.

• Conducts audits, implements corrections, and provides retraining to staff as necessary to guarantee that all billers are informed of the latest medical billing and payer regulations.

• Responsible for assessing the performance of the Billing Department staff members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred management experience of two years.

• A minimum of two years of experience in coding and billing claims.

• A Coding Certificate is required.

• Detail-oriented with superb organizational and communication abilities.
