• Issue invoices and maintain thorough and accurate records.
• Assist with daily office operations and administrative workflows.

• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Prior experience in an administrative, secretarial, office support, or customer service position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a clear and professional accent.
• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy.
• Experience in billing, invoicing, or administrative financial duties.
