This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accurately and promptly process invoices.
• Uphold billing and invoicing records in line with company protocols and procedures.
• Oversee one or more Tier 1 Billing Methods.
• Keep reconciliation records for the traveler, client, and contract.
• Dispatch invoices to clients on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
• Engage with clients, third-party VMS/MSP, Contract Admin, and Client Services to address invoicing concerns.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to guarantee precise billing and cash posting.
• Ensure weekly integration of Customer Billing details from FileMaker into the accounting system.
• Verify and reconcile the accuracy and completeness of the transmitted data.
• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Degree or certification in a job-related discipline.
• Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in high-volume billing and invoice processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with comfort in interacting with employees across various functional areas.
