This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable for designated accounts, which includes researching and/or analyzing contracts, processing payments, monitoring overdue accounts, and preparing, reviewing, and maintaining aged receivables.
• Execute Accounts Payable tasks, such as generating accounts payable and managing routine billing processes.
• Ensure the precise recording of time and billing rates for travelers inputted into Vendor Management Software.
• Guarantee accurate billing for facilities and ensure timely payments to subcontractors.
• Collaborate with subcontractors to resolve any discrepancies that may arise.
• Investigate issues leading to account delinquencies, determine suitable collection actions, and implement those measures.
• Collect and document cancellation fees from subcontractors.
• Adhere to the company’s Core Values.
• High School diploma.
• Two years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and/or Payroll.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities to effectively balance and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to work independently and make decisions in line with established policies and regulations.
