Billing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the creation of intricate client invoices for both fulfillment services and parcel delivery.

• Conduct data analysis on extensive datasets, utilizing advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, to guarantee precise and comprehensive billing.

• Work in partnership with Sales, Customer Excellence, Operations, and Implementations teams during the onboarding of new clients to comprehend their workflows and how they connect to rate cards.

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients to address disputes and ensure prompt payments.

• Consistently document and refine billing procedures, while proposing and applying best practices to enhance efficiency and optimize data management tools.

• Supply management with essential performance indicators.

• Utilize data analysis to provide in-depth insights into significant billing challenges, revenue trends, and operational discrepancies.

• Assist with requests pertaining to both internal and external audits.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business or data analytics, or 5 years of experience in the omnichannel, supply chain, parcel, or logistics-related sectors is preferred.

• Hands-on experience with 3PL billing and associated processes is highly advantageous.

• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel is crucial, including proficiency in functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas for data analysis.

• Familiarity with Freshdesk, Salesforce, and NetSuite is a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct data analysis on large volumes of information to prepare customer invoices, identify discrepancies, and investigate billing challenges.

• Exhibit strong communication skills, promoting effective collaboration within the team and across departments, along with time management and the capability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
