
Billing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create billing statements for both participants and institutional clients.
• Develop and manage billing reports.
• Collaborate with various departments regarding billing transactions.
• Keep billing agreements updated in the database.
• Review several daily reports and input corresponding adjustments into the financial system.
• Validate the program pricing charged for each term.
• Address customer billing disputes, discrepancies, and irregularities.
• Communicate with program participants and organizations to facilitate the collection of overdue receivables.
• Support the month-end closing process, including the review and posting of adjusting entries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• An associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficient Excel skills are required.
• Experience with the NetSuite financial system is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with solid analytical abilities, are essential.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment while paying close attention to detail.
