Billing Software Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Recruit, mentor, inspire, and oversee a team of application analysts specializing in Zuora Billing and Revenue.

• Equip your team members with knowledge, foster an inclusive environment, and provide opportunities for career advancement.

• Offer technical guidance for your team and the larger organization.

• Collaborate with product teams and fellow leaders in FinTech to develop product and technology roadmaps.

• Ensure the team meets the established roadmaps and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and engage in organizational leadership reviews to monitor OKR progress.

• Guarantee the quality, scalability, and reliability of the solutions your team produces.

• Utilize AI in development methodologies and solutions.

• Participate in the entire development lifecycle and support Scrum and Agile methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• Over 7 years of experience in implementing and supporting finance systems.

• At least 2 years of experience in people management.

• Extensive experience with SaaS platforms and enterprise applications, including Zuora.

• Familiarity with Agile Software Delivery and project management tools such as Jira.

• Strong collaborative skills to cultivate effective working relationships with peers and stakeholders.
