Billing Manager – Wellness

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Engaging in the development of a B2C SaaS product in the health & wellness sector with a million-user audience

• Scaling the payment infrastructure for a rapidly growing product that is launching new offerings

• Directly influencing key business metrics through billing (LTV, approval rate, retention)

• Constructing and optimizing billing processes in a multi-campaign environment with diverse payment scenarios

• High level of autonomy — you will own the billing process and make decisions that directly impact the product's revenue

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a subscription business

• Experience working with payment systems (Stripe / Adyen / Braintree or others)

• Understanding of subscription businesses and how to manage LTV

• Experience with MIDs, billing models, and fraud prevention

• Proficient in billing analytics: analyzing metrics, cohorts, and their impact on LTV and retention

• Ability to make data-driven decisions

• Capable of balancing revenue growth with risk management

• High level of ownership and proactivity — you don’t wait for tasks, but identify opportunities and act

• Proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate level
