This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Prepare, issue, and verify client invoices to guarantee billing precision.
• Process payments and ensure that charges are accurately completed.
• Monitor payment statuses and confirm receipt of payments.
• Follow up with clients on any outstanding or pending payments.
• Prepare and dispatch client quotes as requested by the team.
• Collaborate with internal team members on billing updates, quote requests, and payment-related issues.
• Maintain precise billing records utilizing FreeAgent and internal tracking systems.
• Utilize Google Suite for documentation, communication, and task coordination.
• Adhere to established billing workflows and swiftly adapt to internal processes.
• Identify billing discrepancies, missing information, or payment issues and notify the relevant team members.
• Previous experience in billing, invoicing, administrative support, bookkeeping support, or payment coordination is preferred.
• Familiarity with FreeAgent is beneficial, but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Knowledge of Google Suite is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing billing information.
• Dependable and consistent in follow-ups, especially concerning outstanding payments.
• Professional written communication skills for client-facing correspondence.
• Comfortable with learning new systems and adhering to structured processes.
• Able to work independently and manage recurring billing tasks with minimal supervision.
• Organized, responsive, and capable of effectively coordinating with internal team members.
