Billing Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate training webinars for various customer stakeholders.

• Act as the primary contact for customers regarding billing during implementation or consulting projects.

• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders, new partners, and current customers on best practices for utilizing Practice Management software.

• Respond efficiently to incoming phone calls and emails.

• Recognize and escalate critical issues.

• Innovatively address unique customer requirements with versatile software solutions.

• Enhance customers' practice management skills to ensure they can complete implementation confidently and comfortably with the software.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• An Associate's degree is highly preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare billing position such as Coding, Charge Entry, Payment Posting, AR Follow-up, or Patient Collections.

• Capability to independently manage assigned projects.

• Willingness to travel occasionally based on business and project requirements.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptional problem-solving and time management abilities.

• A strong bedside manner: able to patiently assist others through their first-time experiences.

• Must be eligible to work without sponsorship.
