This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Take an integral role within OCHIN’s Epic Product Team, aiding in the strategy, design, and enhancement of the Epic Resolute product suite.
• Offer specialized knowledge in Epic Hospital Billing (HB) and Professional Billing (PB).
• Guide the establishment of best-practice workflows.
• Implement system improvements.
• Assist with organizational initiatives such as Gold Stars, Honor Roll, and Epic Upgrades.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate technical issues to maintain optimal system functionality and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate project implementations and manage member maintenance concerns.
• Promote documentation and knowledge sharing by developing and refining technical documentation to enhance process improvements.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute Applications Analyst is required.
• At least 2 Epic application certifications/proficiencies are mandatory, with a preference for Resolute Hospital Billing and Resolute Professional Billing.
• Prior experience in Healthcare IT is essential.
• Proven experience in system application development.
• A solid understanding of Epic HB workflows, analytics, and technology.
• Familiarity with business operations workflows in a healthcare setting, including payor relations, admissions, billing, and accounts receivable.
• Experience in constructing system application packages and navigating through multiple environments.
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle processes for various facility types, including Acute, Critical Access, Sole Community, Home Health, Hospice, Skilled Nursing, Behavioral, and Physical Therapy.
• Detail-oriented and process-focused, with a keen emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
