AI Business Analyst – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discovery sessions with clients to identify business objectives and convert them into precise requirements.

• Engage in AI-driven prototyping and solution development (LLM, RAG, multi-agent systems).

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to transform unrefined ideas into a well-defined scope.

• Create high-level architectural diagrams (C4 model) and strategize AI integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, DWH).

• Draft, enhance, and prioritize user stories along with acceptance criteria within the backlog.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions.

• Comprehensive knowledge of AI/ML system architecture, including MLOps, data pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring.

• Proficiency in designing solutions on Microsoft Azure platforms (Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Azure Bot, Foundry, Web App, Azure Bing OpenAI, Copilot Studio) or AWS SageMaker / GCP Vertex AI.

• Familiarity with principles for developing RAG systems, LLM-based solutions, and multi-agent systems.

• Experience in integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, DWH, Data Lake, API, Power BI, etc.).

• Skills in containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Advanced proficiency in Python, with experience in PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, HuggingFace, and OpenAI SDK.

• Experience in preparing Solution Design, Architectural Diagrams (C4 model), and technical documentation.

• Understanding of Data Governance principles, data security, and AI ethics (including compliance with EU AI Act requirements).

• Capability to engage with business stakeholders and technical teams effectively.

• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language.
