This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support the month-end closing activities.
• Develop and maintain rate tables for clients and matters.
• Aid in the submission of approximately 4,000 invoices to clients through email and eBilling systems (Legal Tracker, Tymetrix, etc.).
• Submit accruals to clients via email and eBilling platforms (Tracker, Tymetrix, etc.).
• Create and manage matters/clients in D365, Quickbase, and Qbill.
• Collaborate with the Billing Team to ensure that all incoming billing inquiries are addressed within 24 hours.
• Produce ad hoc financial reports for the sales team, department heads, clients, and others.
• Deliver general administrative support and reporting to the Billing Team and Billing Manager.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned or required.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
• Extremely detail-oriented and proactive.
• Highly organized, with strong follow-through, and exceptionally reliable and responsible.
• Quick learner who is not hesitant to ask questions or acquire new knowledge.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with D365 and Quickbase is advantageous.
• Experience with eBilling systems is a plus (such as Tracker, Tymetrix, etc.).
