This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Enhance Group Disability profitability by promoting timely and sustainable return-to-work results for claimants.

• Organize and lead ergonomic assessments and return-to-work meetings (both virtual and in-person) by engaging with stakeholders through phone and email communication.

• Collaborate with Case Managers to oversee medical, non-medical, and complex claims utilizing a goal-oriented approach that aligns with the overall case strategy.

• Provide Absence Management Consultation Services (AMCS) in partnership with Case Managers, which includes ergonomic evaluations and return-to-work planning and follow-up.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Ergonomics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in vocational/active rehabilitation and/or disability case management.

• In-depth understanding of occupational health topics, vocational rehabilitation practices, and disability insurance.

• Fully bilingual in French and English, capable of supporting clients in jurisdictions beyond Quebec.

• Possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle, with a willingness to travel to various locations.

• Familiarity with medical terminology and the ability to interpret clinical information in a workplace context.

• Capability to conduct ergonomic evaluations and facilitate meetings.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including professional stakeholder management.

• Strong proficiency in PC applications, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
